Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

• 1/2 a cooked whole chicken - shredded (about 1.5 to 2 cups)
• 1/2 large onion - chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper - chopped
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 - 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 - 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
• 1 - 10 ounce can Rotel with juice
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 cloves garlic - minced
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 - 12 to 13 ounce box spaghetti noodles - I used Dreamfields
• 2-3 cups cheddar cheese
