• 1 carrot peeled chopped

• 100g salted butter
• 1 red chilli de-seeded, finely chopped
• 1 green chilli de-seeded, finely chopped
• Small handful of chopped parsley & coriander
• Squeeze of lemon
• 5fl oz double cream, warmed
• 3 1/2oz salted butter
