Ingredients

• ½ kg beef mince
• Half an onion chopped
• Half green pepper chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 ½ teaspoon braising spices
• 2 teaspoon curry powder (depending on your taste)
• 2 teaspoon oil
• 3 potatoes
• Salt to taste
• ¼ mixed veg or
