• 2-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
• 1-1/3 cups water
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/3 cup butter OR margarine
• 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
• Aluminum foil (disposable) 12-inch pizza pan
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon water
• Favorite fresh baked rolls
