White Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies – Pamela's Products

Ingredients

• ½ cup vegetable shortening (I use Spectrum Organic all-vegetable shortening)
• ½ cup butter, softened
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup molasses
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 4 cups (18 oz. weight) Pamela’s All-Purpose Flour Artisan Blend
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
• 2 ¼ teaspoons ginger
• 1 ½ teaspoons cloves
• 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
• 4 oz. white chocolate bar, chopped, or white chocolate chips
• Additional ¼ cup sugar for rolling
