Ingredients

• ¼ cup ketchup
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp mirin
• 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 ½ Tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 ½ Tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 Tbsp sambal oelek
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• ½ tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp five-spice powder
• 4 garlic cloves, grated
• 1 Tbsp ginger, finely grated
• 3 lb chicken wings
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
• ¼ cup Gelson’s organic cilantro leaves, roughly chopped, for garnish
• 2 Fresno peppers, thinly sliced, for garnish
