Ingredients

• 4 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 pound medium-size shrimp
• 2 (16-ounce) packages broccoli spears
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (10 1/2 -ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 (10 1/2 -ounce) can cream of celery soup
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
