Ingredients

• 4 Bakers Delight Continental Hungarian Rolls
• 300g Roast Pork
• 4 Tbsp store bought chicken liver pate
• 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 lebanese cucumbers cut into thin long strips using a vegetable peeler.
• 4 radishes cut into thin slices.
• 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
• 4 sprigs of coriander, leaves picked.
• 1 long red chilli thinly sliced
