Ingredients

• 1 lb. mild pork sausage
• ½ cup onion, finely chopped
• 24 oz. jar of Heinen’s Sauerkraut (refrigerated)
• 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 2 cups plain panko breadcrumbs, divided
• Salt and black pepper
• ½ cup flour
• 1-2 eggs, beaten
• Light olive oil or avocado oil
• Mustard of choice, for dipping
