Chicken Bunny Chow recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken pieces and few extra fillets. Cut ,washed and drained.
• Add in: 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• Add in chicken with:
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1½ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• Allow to fry.
• Add In 6 liquidised tomatoes 🍅. Add 1½ cups water. Allow to cook.
• Add to pot with ½ cup tomato puree
• ½ cup @786zaibunisasfriedonions
• Chopped dhania (coriander)
