Tuna and Mushroom Pie – La Classe de Cuisine

Ingredients

• 1 Package of ready made shortcrust pastry (1 lb)
• 2 onions
• 7 oz ( 1 cup) button mushrooms, washed and dried
• 1 can peeled tomatoes
• 5oz (100g) pitted black olives
• 1 large tin of white tuna, about 7oz (200g)
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 4 tbsp crème fraîche
• 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp thyme
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
