Ingredients

• 6 large potatoes
• 1 bag coleslaw mix (or 1 head cabbage, shredded)
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
• 1 lb ham, precooked, and chopped into small pieces
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) plus 2 T. margarine
• 1 1/2 c. milk
