• 1 Whole Green Onion Chopped
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
• 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 8 Whole Fajita Tortillas
• 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
• 10 Ounces Enchilada Sauce Mild
• 2.25 Ounces Black Olives Sliced
