• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 2 cups chicken broth
• Salt, to taste
• a dash of tomato paste for richness
• 8 flour or corn tortillas
• 1 cups ½ shredded cheese
• Fresh cilantro, for garnish
• Diced green onions or sliced jalapeños
