Chorizo and cabbage soup I make no secret of my love for chorizo sausage – chorizo is a Spanish/Latin blood pork sausage, which has been cured in paprika.
Ingredients
- 900 g potatoes (diced)
- 1 savoy cabbage (shredded)
- 200 g chorizo (thickly sliced)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1½ l vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
