Ingredients

• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 150 g pine nuts
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 bunches basil (30 g)
• 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
• 100 ml olive oil
• 1 Flank steak (approx. 1.5 kg)
