• 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 ½ cups chopped tomatoes, with their juices
• 1 lb penne pasta
• ¼ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, for garnish
• 2 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
