Prawn Quesadilla Recipe With Chipotle | Gran Luchito

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 5 spring onions
• 2 teaspoons Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• 300g / 10 ½ oz king prawns (peeled and deveined)
• 1 tablespoon fresh oregano (finely chopped)
• ½ lime (juice)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
• 1 packet Gran Luchito Burrito Wraps
• 400g / 14 oz grated cheese (mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
• 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
• 1 jar Gran Luchito Hot Habanero Mango Salsa
