Very easy Christmas pudding recipe which is perfect for all festive gatherings. Serve with brandy custard or cream.

- 125g butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g raisins
- 100g sultanas
- 100g currants
- 50g mixed peel
- 1 orange, rind and juice
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 100g apples, grated
- 3 tbsp rum or fruit juice
- 150g Wessex Mill Self Raising Flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
