• 700 g Celeriac peeled and cut into 2 cm discs then cut in half
• 150 ml Double cream
• 50 g Butter unsalted
• 2 tbsp Vegetable or olive oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp White pepper ground
