Ingredients: 2 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour; 1 cup of turbinado sugar; 1/2 tsp of aluminium free baking powder; 1/2 tsp of baking soda; 1/2 cup of coconut milk; 1/4 cup & 2 Tbsp of vegan butter; 1 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips; 2 pints (about 1 litre) of your favorite vegan ice cream (we used So Delicious coconut vanilla bean)
