• 1½ cup chicken broth (low sodium)
• ½ tsp. salt (or more to taste)
• ¾ tsp. black pepper ( or less to taste)
• 7 oz. sun-dried tomatoes (in jar, drained)
• 3 whole garlic cloves (minced)
• ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped and packed)
• ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper (or chili flakes, optional)
