Delia Smith Chicken Liver Pâté Recipe 🍴

Ingredients

• 225 g (8 oz) chicken livers
• 50 g (2 oz) butter
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 2 tablespoons brandy
• Salt and black pepper
• A little melted butter to seal the pâté
