Cuban Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 pounds 80/20 ground chuck
• 1 tablespoon Ancho chili powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1 ounce light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 6 each Rolls
• 1 cup green peppers, sliced
• 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 6 Portabella Mushrooms
• 6 ounces Rum ( preferred Club House Real Cuban Rum or a dark rum )
• 6 slices cheddar cheese
• 1 pint Cuban ColeSlaw ( see recipe )
• 6 each 3 ounces of Tabacco Onion Rings ( see recipe )
