• 1 fresh red chile, chopped
• 1 fresh Jalapeno pepper, remove the seeds and chopped
• 1 T Worecestershire sauce
• 3 T Gewurztraminer, Sutter Home Wine
• 1/2 cup Cilantro, hand torn
• 1 large lime, juiced
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
• Vegetable oil, for brushing the grill rack
• 6 deli slices of swiss cheese
• 6 Country Potato Buns, split
• Mayonnaise
