• 1 lb boneless pork shoulder cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 medium tomato diced
• 1/2 green bell pepper diced
• 1 small white onion diced
• Pupusa Dough
• 4 cups masa harina (corn flour, instant)
• 2 tsp salt
• 3 cups cold water
• Filling
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
• 1 cup refried beans cooked
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
