• 1 package of active dry yeast
• 150 ml/5 fl oz of warm milk
• Approximately 175 g/6 oz of plain flour
• 50 g/2 oz of sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 1 large egg , lightly beaten
• 2-0.5 tbsp of melted butter
