Ingredients

• 1/2 cup raw walnuts
• 1# R&R shiitake mushrooms
• 1 very large or 2 small shallots, chopped small
• 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
• Cracked black pepper, to taste
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup parsley
• Olive oil, as needed
