Sweet and Tangy Peach Chutney | Peach Recipes
This is a lovely peach chutney recipe. A great peach sauce for ham or lamb. One of the nicest summer recipes when peaches are plentiful.
Ingredients
- 29 ounces peaches (canned halves, drained and coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mace
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick (3 inches, broken)
