• 60 mL (1/4 cup) chopped dark chocolate
• 240 mL (1 cup) Neilson whipping cream
• 5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla extract
• 15 mL (1 tablespoon) icing sugar
• 475 mL strawberries, sliced
• 60 mL (1/4) pistachios, chopped
• 4-5 mint leaves, chopped finely
