Ingredients

• 2 x 100 g Hamachi Yellowtail Kingfish fillet
• 60 ml soy sauce
• 1 orange, juice and some zest
• 1 lime, juice and some zest
• Some sugar
• 1 small bunch of radishes
• 1 green onion
• 1 red chili pepper
• 1 small red onion
