Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Vinoso vinegar
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 3 tablespoon Fustini’s Delicate SELECT olive oil
• 2 cups bread cubes, toasted
• 4 tomatoes, quartered and sliced
• 1-pint cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup pitted olives
• 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
• 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
