BLT Pasta Salad – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 pound pasta (rigatonio, mostacoli or farfalle)
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil, plus more for drizzling
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Citrus Oregano balsamic
• 4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
• 1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and drained
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup fresh basil, coarsely chopped
• 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
• 3/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
