Traditional Pecan Pie - Nordic Ware

Ingredients

• Pie Crust:
• 4 cups flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1½ cups shortening
• 3/4 cup cold water
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 egg
• Pecan Filling:
• 1½ cups sugar
• 1 cup dark corn syrup
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 6 eggs
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 2 ½ cups chopped pecans
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
