- 120ml milk
- 2 organic eggs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 30g unsalted butter
- Icing sugar to dust
- 350g gooseberries
- 50ml elderflower cordial
- 4 fresh elderflower heads
- 1-2 tbsp sugar (or more/less to taste)
