- 2-3 ripe tomatoes (chopped roughly & skinned if desired)
- pinch large white pepper
- pinch large sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onions (green parts only, finely sliced)
- Chilli oil (optional, to serve)
