• 2 tablespoons carrots, grated
• 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, ground
• 1 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornflour, mixed with water to make a paste
• oil for deep frying
