Ingredients

• 2 c Price Chopper Sour Cream
• 1 c Price Chopper Mayonnaise
• 2 lb Medium or small fresh prawns
• 1/2 lb Onions
• 50 g desiccated coconut
• just enough boiling water to moisten, stir and set aside (or use 70 g fresh coconut)
• 800 g green prawns
• 2 green mangoes
• 3 birdseye chillies (or less to taste)
• a tablespoon of ground coriander
• 2 onions
• half a bunch of fresh coriander
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 500 mL water
• salt to taste
• half a tablespoon of turmeric
• two green mangoes
• 1/2 cup of thick coconut milk
• 600 g raw prawns
• 3 finely chopped shallots
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• one small chilli, chopped finely
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
