• 3 poblano peppers (roasted & peeled)
• 2 serrano peppers
• 1 jalapeño
• 1/2 white onion
• 3 raw garlic cloves
• 1 sprig of cilantro
• 1 block of cream cheese
• 1/4 cup Mexican cream or sour cream
• 2–3 tbsp chicken bouillon
• 1/2 cup milk
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Black pepper
• 1–1.5 lbs carne asada
• 2 large shallots (thinly sliced)
