Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 cup boiling water; 1/2 lb. green beans (haricots verts are best) trimmed and cut in half; 6 to 8 oz of pesto (We are planning to do a recipe on this later in the summer when fresh basil is plentiful. For now we can use our favorite store-bought variety.)
