• ¼ cup – Unsalted butter, melted
• ¼ cup – Vegetable oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
• ½ tsp – Salt
• 1 ¾ cup – Sugar
• 1½ cup – All-purpose flour
• 2 oz – White chocolate, coarsely chopped
• ½ cup – Toasted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
• Vanilla Ice cream
• Wood chunks for smoking, preferably apple
