Apple Mini Tartlets recipe by Shaheema Khan

Ingredients

• 1 & ½ cups water
• 1 cup White or Brown sugar
• 1 Big Stick Cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon Fine Cinnamon
• Lemon juice (4 teaspoon)
• 1 teaspoon cornflour
• 7 apples cut into strips, rinse well
• 2 x Pastry sheets ,rolled out & cut into circles.
• Lightly dust of icing sugar🌷🌷🌷when cooled
