Calamari Marinara

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• 3 Cl garlic, mince
• 1 cup Onions, chop fine
• 1/4 cup Parsley, chop
• 2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chop
• 2 pounds Squid; clean, slice
• 1/4 cup White wine
• 1/4 cup Clam juice
• 3 cups Marinara sauce
• 1 pinch Oregano
• Salt and pepper
• Crushed red pepper flakes
