- 500g beef sirloin or frying steak thinly cut
- half a bulb of garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 25g butter
- Garlic chilli oil, drizzle at the end for a spicy kick
