Ingredients

• 1 onion diced
• 3 tbsp tahini
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 6 bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed
• fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp water
• 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
• 2 tbsp shawarma spice mix
• 1 lb. grass fed ground beef
• 6 cloves garlic, chopped
