Ingredients: no boil lasagna noodles; 2 lbs Bone in Beef Short Ribs; 2 Tbsp olive oil; 1 onion; 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped; 6 cloves of garlic, minced; 3 tsp salt; 1 1/2 tsp black pepper; 2 cups beef broth; 2 cups good medium to big bodied wine (Maneater would do the trick); 1 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup heavy cream; 1 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese; 1 cup shredded fontina cheese; 1/4 cup chopped basil; 25 oz your favorite pasta sauce
