• 2 tsp TABASCO ® brand Original Red Sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small baby leek or small onion, chopped
• 2 slices of ham, cut into matchstick strips
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated emmental or cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs
• Few sprigs fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)
