Ingredients

• 2x230g/8oz Rib-eye Steaks
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• Garlic clove, peeled and roughly chopped
• Small bunch of flat-leaf parsley, leaves stripped from stalks
• Small bunch of basil
• Small bunch of mint, leaves stripped from stalks
• 2 anchovies
• 2 tsp capers
• 1 tsp mustard
• A few drops of lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• Pinch of sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
