Apple pie - Frießinger Mühle

Ingredients

• 200 g Küchenmeister instant flour (double wheat flour)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp table vinegar
• about 150 ml of lukewarm water
• a pinch of salt
• 1 kg apples
• Juice of one lemon
• 50 g breadcrumbs
• 80 g sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 50 ml rum
• Powdered sugar for sprinkling
