Ingredients

• 5 Yellow Nectarines
• 400g Tomatoes (Mixed colour)
• 3 Handfuls of Mixed Salad Greens
• 1 Bag of Croutons
• 2 Buratta Balls
• 2 Handful of Basil Leaves
• 1 Handful of Mint Leaves
• 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
• Juice of Half an Orange
• 1 Tbsp Pistachio Nuts (Finely chopped)
• Pinchof Sea Salt
